DEALS DONE – Freehold Industrial Sale – A Great Result For Everyone
DB Real Estate has sold the freehold interest in 6 Doman Road, a 4,500 sq ft older style industrial unit and one of the more original units on the Yorktown Business Park, on behalf of the firm’s owner occupier clients. The owners had been marketing the property for a little while before DB Real Estate were appointed to work with, and alongside, the existing agents. Following an intensive period of marketing six potential purchasers were identified expressing interest in the property and as such “best and final offers” were invited by a given date and ultimately the property was sold for a figure considerably in excess of the guide price.
Interest was mainly from prospective owner occupiers, underlining Camberley’s continuing appeal as a destination, but this also shows companies are keen to invest in, and own, their own premises.
D B Real Estate were the joint selling agents and acted on behalf of the previous owner occupiers who were absolutely delighted with not just the sale but also the price!
