Gorse Lane Properties have let a prime retail unit, 37 Princess Way, Camberley to an independent family jewellery operator, trading as Rocheres.
Rocheres is a family run concern with over 50 years’ experience in the jewellery business and it is great to see an independent retailer taking space in Camberley town centre. The unit has been let on a new 15 year lease at a market rent. There was a lot of interest in the unit from various organisations/occupiers, which underlines Camberley’s continuing appeal as a destination, not just for leisure/eating out but for retailing as well.
