DEALS DONE – Euro Car Parts open on Tuscam Trade Park, Camberley
DB Real Estate have announced that Euro Car Parts have opened a brand new branch at Unit 15/16 Nelson Way on Tuscam Trade Park, Camberley, which is located directly overlooking the A331 dual carriageway, close to Tesco and Marks and Spencer.
DB Real Estate, who are the joint letting agents, confirmed that Euro Car Parts have taken a new 10 year lease on a 10,500 sq ft industrial unit, previously occupied by UK Mail, who expanded into new premises in Aldershot.
An early surrender of the UK Mail lease was agreed which enabled us to do a back to back deal with Euro Car Parts and the whole transaction took about 8 weeks to conclude, a great result for everyone.
Finally, just one unit remains available, Unit 10 at 11,780 sq ft. Unit 10 is due to be refurbished, the works are likely to take 6-8 weeks to complete and Unit 10 will be fully available from August.
