DEALS DONE – Selco Builders Warehouse in 35,000 sq ft pre-let at Tuscam Trade Park, Camberley
D B Real Estate have announced the completion of a 35,000 sq ft pre-let on Tuscam Trade Park, Camberley, to Selco Builders Warehouse, one of just two major pre-lets completed in Camberley in the last 10 years! Selco, who took a new 15 year lease on 2 Trafalgar Way are one of a number of new occupiers who have been attracted to the trade park. Wilson Electrical and Benchmarx have also recently moved to the park. The Selco pre-let is a huge boost to the local area with approx. 50 new jobs being created.
The Tuscam Trade Park is managed by LaSalle Investment Management Ltd, Charlotte Noble of LaSalle confirmed that this is the latest in a series of recent lettings and underlines the popularity of the Tuscam Trade Park.
