DEALS DONE – nDreams Secure New Deal on 10,000 sq ft at Spectrum Point, Farnborough
DB Real Estate have confirmed that one of the UK’s leading technology companies and the largest UK software developer to be solely focused on creating virtual reality entertainment content, nDreams, has secured a new package of terms to remain in approx. 10,000 sq ft of high quality office space at Spectrum Point, Farnborough, next to Farnborough station.
DB Real Estate acted for nDreams and successfully negotiated a new package of terms from the landlords, ahead of a break clause in their existing lease, which nDreams agreed not to operate, as part of the deal. The exact terms are confidential, but included a significant rent free period.
