Work is well underway on Camberley Town Centre’s second budget hotel project, located on the corner of London Road and Park Street.
The Sandhurst Tupp public house was demolished over 2 years ago is making way for the new 95 bedroom Premier Inn and 3 ground floor restaurants.
The new hotel development is being carried out by The Spey Group who have had an involvement in properties in Park Street for some 10 years or more.
There is no doubt this is exactly what the town needs in terms of inward investment and a more diverse stock of existing buildings and the development will bring in new business’s, visitors to the town centre and overall will give the town centre a much needed boost.
