DEALS DONE – 30,000 sq ft let at Goldsworth Park Trading Estate

LaSalle Investment Management Ltd/Coal Pension Properties, the landlords at the Goldsworth Park Trading Estate, have announced the single largest letting of industrial property in the Woking area of 2010. Multipulse Electronics has taken a new lease on 25,000 sq ft of modern, refurbished industrial property at Units 1 & 2 Goldsworth Park Trading Estate, whilst at the same time Surrey Tiles has taken a new lease on 5,150 sq ft of modern, industrial property at Unit 18 Goldsworth Park Trading Estate.

Multipulse Electronics, which won a £20m contract from Network Rail, has taken a new 5 year lease on 24,687 sq ft of refurbished industrial premises at Units 1 & 2 Goldsworth Park Trading Estate, at a rent of £7.00 per sq ft.

Surrey Tiles has taken a new lease for 5 years and 4 months on 5,154 sq ft of modern industrial premises at Unit 18 Goldsworth Park Trading Estate, at a rent of £7.25 per sq ft.
