DEALS DONE – Another industrial letting – more units needed
DB Real Estate have confirmed that Unit 4, Gresham Industrial Estate, Aldershot has been let to Countryliner Coaches Ltd, on a new sub-lease to expire March 2014.
The unit is needed to accommodate further expansion of Countryliner Coaches operations. DB Real Estate acted on behalf of the head tenant, Arrow Precision, the unit became surplus to Arrow’s needs following Arrow’s expansion into larger premises just around the corner. Countryliner Coaches represented themselves.
According to Nigel Dickason at DB Real Estate, there has been a marked increase in the number of companies looking for industrial units in and around the Surrey area and this is just the latest in a series of industrial lettings in the area, so much so that DB Real Estate urgently need more units to offer to potential occupiers.
The Gresham Industrial Estate is located at the end of Eastern Road, on the North Lane Industrial Estate. DB Real Estate are marketing further units on the estate.
