DEALS DONE – 3 new office lettings in as many months at Norwich House, Knoll Road, Camberley!!

DB Real Estate are delighted to announce 3 new lettings at Norwich House - Sharps Bedrooms Ltd have taken a lease on the North Wing of the ground floor, providing nearly 6,000 sq ft of office space, whilst eteach have agreed a new lease on the South Wing of the ground floor, again, providing nearly 6,000 sq ft of office space and finally First Payment have taken a lease on the third floor, proving providing 3,400 sq ft of office space.

In 2011 DB Real Estate were instructed by Symyx who held a lease on the North Wing of ground floor expiring in March 2012, to try and dispose of the space, a very difficult task with only a short lease left to run. However, DB Real Estate identified Sharps Bedrooms and agreed a short term sub-letting and a simultaneous new lease direct from the landlord. The letting was agreed and documented in double quick time and Symyx, the landlord and Sharps Bedrooms are all delighted with the outcome, Symex have made savings they were never expecting whilst the landlord has a new occupier and Sharps Bedrooms have great new office space. It just goes to show, never give up!

DB Real Estate also acted for eteach in negotiating an attractive new lease package for the South Wing of the ground floor and finally DB Real Estate acted for Zurich Insurance, the outgoing tenant of the third floor. All in all a great outcome for everyone!
