DEALS DONE – Another Camberley industrial letting
DB Real Estate have confirmed that Unit 2E, Albany Park, Camberley, a refurbished 6,265 sq ft industrial unit, has been let to Clearwater Group plc on a new lease for a term of 10 years at a rent of £8.00 per sq ft. The unit is part of the Albany Park estate/business park which is owned by the Slough based property company, SEGRO and is on the Frimley Road, Frimley, Camberley.
The unit is needed to accommodate further expansion of Clearwater Group whose head office is also located in Camberley. DB Real Estate introduced the tenant to SEGRO.
Nigel Dickason at DB Real Estate said “there has definitely been an increase in the number of companies looking for industrial units in and around the Surrey area and this is just the latest in a series of industrial lettings, so much so we can see a shortage of decent quality industrial premises is a real possibility with no new development on-going or planned”.
